Following Nikkei's purchase of the U.K.'s Financial Times, the department saw rapid change and expansion. Switching to a "digital first" approach, allowed us to focus our resources on producing quality web content, including improved photography, data visualization and design of cover story collateral.

During my tenure at Nikkei Asia, I played a leading role through a number of redesigns, both print and digital, including the weekly print edition, official website and establishing a comprehensive corporate design language.
